FIELD: applicable in construction of heat units in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgies, petrochemical and petroleum refining branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: the lining construction has a metal casing with brackets, a layer of fireproof cotton and a layer of fireproof plates fastened on the casing by means of anchors connected to the brackets, the fireproof plates are made ribbed with end surface of the ribs adjoining the metal casing. The anchor seats are positioned in the ribs of the fireproof plates, and the brackets are made with ears. The ribs of the fireproof plates are positioned between the ears. The anchor has diameter D, and the ear has a thickness of (0.5-1)D, and heat-insulated from the surface of the fire-proof plates. EFFECT: enhanced stability of the lining at a temperature in the working space up to 1500C. 2 dwg
