SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely gynecology, and can be used to predict the growth rate of uterine leiomyoma in women of reproductive age. Essence of the method lies in the fact that the activity of neutral and acidic proteinases is determined in the serum of women and when the value of the activity of neutral proteinases is above 4.6 mmol/l and value of acid proteinase activities is above 3.3 mcmol/l predict a rapid growth of uterine leiomyoma.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy and specificity of predicting the growth rate of uterine leiomyoma in women of reproductive age.
