SUBSTANCE: fragments of genes of glutathione-S-transferase GSTM1 and methionine-synthase-reductase MTRR are amplified on DNA isolated from lymphocytes, and in case of determination of GSTM1 del/del genotype in combination with MTRR 66G/G or MTRR 66A/G genotype, conclusion about presence in woman of genetic predisposition to fast growth of myomatous nodes within 5 years from the moment of their appearance is made.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of prognostic means of detecting fast growth of myomatous nodes, which makes it possible to carry out complex of initial or secondary preventive measures in due time.
