FIELD: medicinal equipment, in particular, foot prosthesis.
SUBSTANCE: springy-resilient insert for artificial foot has at least two springs connected with one another, said springs embracing flexure space, when viewed from the side. In unloaded state, springs embrace triangular flexure space, when viewed from the side. Top spring formed as roof has connecting adapter arranged in zone adjoining roof apex. Heel knee defined by heel spring and deflected downward to extend to heel zone and metatarsus knee defined by metatarsus spring and deflected downward to extend to metatarsus zone are protruding from adapter. Free ends of said knees are connected with individual base spring having increased flexural rigidity and adapted for restricting flexure space from below. The latter spring is cooperating with rolling contour in such a way that in the process of rolling, at the initial stage of applying loading to metatarsus, said force is first applied to foot pad zone. Metatarsus spring and base spring are made, with regard to shape and flexibility, so as to gradually adhere to each other in metatarsus zone due to respective flexure under the action of increasing load in metatarsus zone.
EFFECT: improved functional characteristics of artificial foot.
