SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Foot prosthesis has a structural component with proximal attachment means for securing a foot prosthesis to the shin tube, a shin shaft or a knee joint prosthesis, fixed or made on structural component section of anterior foot and intended for structural component heel spring damping system, which when pressed on heel is compressed and rests on plantar guide element. Structural component is made in form of leaf spring, which extends from proximal connecting means in posterior direction, forms an arch and is carried out in front and distal directions. Arc behind protrudes beyond guide element.

EFFECT: invention provides a simplified design, easier walking to the user of the foot prosthesis and can be used in sports.
