FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: one should loose adhesions that fix iris at IOL's haptic part, replace iris from IOL's posterior surface towards anterior one with noninvasive YAG-laser shock impact. The method enables to remove iridal shift in case of strangulation with IOL at decreased traumatism of operative interference and simplified manipulations.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
