FIELD: ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: fluid is evacuated form capsule bag without tearing eye envelope during early post-operational period. For the purpose YAG laser is used with power of 2,5-3,7 mJ. Iridotomy lens is applied to eye and hole is made in iris at the area of 4-5 mm from center of eye pupil. Then Abrahame capsuletomic lens is applied and front capsule of lens is cut through hole made in iris for withdrawal fluid from capsule bag. Method provides sharpness of vision and helps to reduce time for removal of capsule bag.
EFFECT: reduced traumatism; easiness at use; prevention of infection.
