SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a curative-prophylactic biopreparation used for prophylaxis and treatment of dysbacteriosis and gastroenteric tract infectious diseases. Biopreparation comprises dry biomass of consortium of bifidum bacteria of the strain Bifidobacterium adolescens B-1 and lactic acid bacilli of the strain Lactobacillus acidophilus AT-41 prepared by separate culturing lyophilized cultures of indicated strains. Then method involves separate culturing the prepared activated cultures, concentrating the prepared liquid biomass of each strain and mixing with protective medium followed by separate drying and mixing the prepared dried biomasses and accessory substances also. Also, invention relates to biologically active supplement comprising indicated dried biomass of consortium of bifidum bacteria and lactic acid bacteria, and a method for preparing indicated dried biomass. Invention provides preparing preparations with enhanced content of active viable cells.
