FIELD: biotechnology, medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of acidophilic bacteria and bifidobacteria taken at the different combinations. For bacterial mass preparing the following components were used as the parent raw: mixture of defatted milk (14-16% mas. p. p. of dry matter), 0.75% sodium citrate and 5% hydrolyzed milk or universal medium based on whey and hydrolyzed milk. Mixture is subjected for thermic treatment under 0.5 atm, at 112 C for 10-15 min. Biomass of components is prepared by the separate culturing acidophilic cultures and bifidobacteria up to 109-1012 viable cells/1 cm3 followed by their mixing at ratio = 1:1, pH correction to 6.2 ± 0.2 and cooling to 6 + 3 C before the preparation sublimation drying.
