FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intermediate rail fastenings for attachment of rail to tie. Proposed intermediate rail fastening contains concrete embedded anchors with two legs pointed downwards and electrically insulating overrails and shock-absorbing underrails gaskets. Rail fastening is furnished with members adjusting width of gauge and provided with projecting fixing elements by means of which they are fastened to anchors, and alignment elements placed between electrically insulating overrail gaskets and anchors. Alignment elements are fitted on bolts between nuts and upper legs of clamps. One of contact surfaces of each alignment element is made convex. Anchor is embedded in concrete so that its upper part projects over surface of underrail flat. Surface of contacting of anchor with T-shaped head of bolt is made concave. Slot for driving T-shaped head of bolt is made in upper part of anchor. Contact surface of head with concave surface of anchor is made convex. Holes are made on one of legs of anchor for fixing elements of members adjusting width of gauge. Surface of contacting of upper leg of resilient rod clamp with convex surface of alignment member is made concave.
EFFECT: enlarged range of types of reinforced concrete underrail bases, reduced cost and labor losses at maintenance and repair of tracks.
