FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for fastening rails to reinforced concrete, polymer-concrete or composite rail bases on railway main lines including, high-speed main line, in tunnels, on bridges, in underground railways and industrial pass railways. Proposed anchor rail fastening contains anchors embedded in concrete and having two legs projection by upper parts over surface of under-rail pad, rod spring clamps with upper and lower legs, on-rail inserts to support lower leg of clamp, under-rail shock absorbing gasket and electric insulating step for bearing clamp shanks. Fastening is furnished with members to adjust track gauge, at least one steel adjusting plate and T-shaped clamp bolts with nuts and alignment members with steel support plates. Slot for T-shaped clamp bolt is made in upper parts of each anchor for turning the bolt through some angle in plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of rail. Cavity is made in inclined leg of each anchor to drive in head of T-shaped clamp bolt, and inner surfaces of upper parts of legs of each anchor are provided with concave surface for contact with surface of bolt head which is made convex. On-rail inserts are made of metal. Members to adjust track gauge are made in form of electrically insulating box gaskets, each being installed between leg of anchor and on-rail insert to enclose on-rail insert and anchor legs by bosses made from opposite side of box gaskets. Alignment members of T-shaped clamp bolts are electrically insulating, having convex contact surface with semi-toroidal grooves for engagement with upper legs of clamps, and they are arranged on T-shaped bolts between nuts and upper legs of clamps, and steel support plates are installed between nuts and alignment members.

EFFECT: enlarged range of reinforced concrete bases and spheres of their application, reduced cost and labor input at running repairs of rail track, possibility of adjustment of rail lines in cross horizontal and vertical directions, improved reliability of rail fastening and insulation of rail tracks.
