SUBSTANCE: proposed method of checking quality of manufacture of nozzles operating on metal containing propellant includes firing stand test of one engine taken from lot, processing of results of measurement including determination of thrust characteristics of nozzle and comparing results of test with results obtained when testing standard nozzle. Used as standard nozzle is that which satisfies condition where is nozzle flow coefficient; is mass part of metal in rocket propellant; is service complex of combustion products, neglecting heat-liberating reactions of metal burning; - is designed service complex of rocket propellant combustion products; is made number of reaction of metal burning; z is mass part of condensed combustion products in combustion products of rocket propellant.

EFFECT: reduced probability component in process of checking quality of manufacture of rocket engine nozzle.
