FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric element and converter of electric energy to optic energy in form of hard-body light source, made on basis of non-polar light diode or two polar light-diodes, connected to piezoelectric element, and light-emitting element, united as block for converting mechanical energy to optical energy. Additionally provided are body of messenger, hammer with handle of elastic material, connected by one end non-detachably to messenger body, and striker, mounted on hammer handle coaxially with piezoelectric element at distance of reach of strikes of striker with it, and converter of continuous movements of messenger carrier to discontinuous movements of striker of its hammer, mounted fixedly, along light-drive rotary or reciprocal mounting type, at fixed distance from free end of hammer handle. Working surface of converter is made toothed in such a way, that during its movement relatively to free end of handle discontinuous mechanical contact was provided of its working surface with free end of handle, and hammer striker - with piezoelectric element.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, higher reliability, lower costs.
