SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric cells, resistor and light source in its electric circuit and two mechanical members articulated to each other with piezoelectric cells and damping electrodes mounted between them, and mechanical member path restrictor. The damping electrodes are connected to piezoelectric cells, resistor and light source. When mounted on shoe soles, the device warns surrounding people about device user behavior.
