FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: finger is put inside sensitive inductance element of nuclear-magnetic resonance analyzer and spin-lattice relaxation time T1 of nuclei is measured. Low-frequency asymmetric modulation is generated, nuclear-magnetic resonance absorption signals are registered and glucose content is determined from calibration mark. Low-frequency asymmetric modulation is made in form of triangle at the mode, which has period being at least ten times higher than absorption relaxation time. Time interval is measured between pairs of pulses while changing constant component of magnetic field. Time delay between pairs of absorption signals is kept to be multiple to period of asymmetric modulation. Moment of feeding of change in constant component of magnetic field is synchronized with time of passing of asymmetric modulation through minimal value.
EFFECT: improved precision; reduced traumatism of procedure.
