FIELD: medicine, oral hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cleaning two out of five dental surfaces being unavailable for other hygienic oral remedies, practically under any sanitary environmental conditions. The suggested facility contains a hermetically sealed container as an individual disposable packing and a dental ligature. The latter is located inside the container mentioned and has a cleaning segment and terminal sections to be retained. Its length corresponds to its disposable usage, and container's length is less than that of a dental ligature. The latter is sutured with no reverse ligature being upon additional support. The latter is located in the container. As a result, the innovation enables to increase consumer's qualities of the present facility being very convenient in usage at better hygienic qualities due to no contact of ligature's cleaning segment with patient's fingers and keeping its complete sterility till the moment of application despite sanitary state of the place, for example, under field conditions.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of oral hygiene.
