SUBSTANCE: prosthesis' metal head is designed as a single block as a hollow semi-spherical cap with four diametrally located ribs at its bottom directed inside the semi-sphere. Internal surface of semi-sphere and a rib have plasma spraying with titanium powder to form structured surface. The innovation enables to restore motor movements in brachial joint totally, maximally keep fixation points of rotating gasket and increases the reliability in connecting endoprosthesis' brachial component and a bone.
EFFECT: decreased duration of traumatism of operation.
