FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has movably coupled endoprosthesis elements and elements attachable to bones manufactured from alumina ceramics. Endoprosthesis elements are manufactured from ceramics on alumina basis with magnesium oxide added. Endoprosthesis element surfaces have anatomical profile in their movable coupling zone like profile of the corresponding surface of the articulation under treatment. Endoprosthesis element parts attachable to bones are porous with reducing density and increasing porosity when moving from the coupled articulation surfaces towards the elements attachable to bones or having porous surface shaped as elongated or irregular protrusions to be built in into the bone tissues or as plates applicable to bone tissue surface or as fashioned covers having protrusions or recesses of irregular cross-section.
