METHOD FOR INCREASING SENSITIVITY OF PCR-DIAGNOSTICS OF CHLAMYDIAL UROGENITAL INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH PRONOUNCED EXUDATIVE INFLAMMATION Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2257897 C1

FIELD: medicine, urology, nephrology, venerology, gynecology, pulmonology, obstetrics, neonatology, ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: before performing microbiological sample patients should be introduced with antibiotics of fluoroquinolonic group at the dosage of 100-250 mg twice daily for 2 d along with nonsteroid antiphlogistic preparations at the dosage of 75-150 mg/d for 2-3 d. The present innovation favors to put correct diagnosis and conduct corresponding therapy in the most optimal terms.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity of PCR-technique.
