FIELD: methods of cleanout of filters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for cleanout of a filter. The method of cleanout of a filter, which contains a set of the filtering elements made out of a textile fabric or a felted cloth, intended for separation of particles from a dirty gas provides for cleanout of the filtering elements separately one by one or in groups using impulses of a compressed air, a frequency, the maximum pressure and duration of which change to bring them to a minimum due to regulation of the full outburst of a dust. The frequency and-or a maximum pressure and-or duration of impulses of cleanout change for one group or a set of groups of filtering elements. After each impulse of cleanout determine a peak value of instantaneous outburst of a dust, that is a peak of the dust outburst. At that the peak of the outburst is used after cleanout of cleanout of some group of the filtering elements for selection of a frequency and-or a maximum pressure and-or duration of impulses of cleanout for this group of the filtering elements in the process of a continuous operation. The technical result is an increased service life of the filtering elements and their optimal operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased service life of the filtering elements and their optimal operation.
