FIELD: foundry; production of electro-hydraulic borer-cleaners.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of foundry production, in particular, to production of electro-hydraulic borer-cleaners, that may be used for cleansing castings to ensure an increase of effectiveness of cleansing castings from a burnt-on, predominantly, internal cylindrical surfaces. The device contains: an electrodes system, a conical working element with grooves and a device of cleansing and also it has the electro-discharge cavities made in the form of the short-cut parabolic cylindroids with the axes coinciding with axes of the electrical discharge grooves.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased effectiveness of cleansing castings from a burnt-on, mainly their internal cylindrical surfaces.
