FIELD: hydraulic machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump contains two identical operating hydraulic cylinders with delivery and suction valves arranged in hydraulic unit. Rod of first hydraulic cylinder and rod of second hydraulic cylinder are connected by couplings with rods of first and second drive hydraulic cylinders. Rocker mechanism is installed between couplings in which first head is connected with spring-loads support of coupling, and second head is connected with spring-loaded support of coupling. Adjustable pump contains main pump control mechanism. Hydraulic lines of main pump are connected with safety and check valves. Input shaft of main pump is connected with auxiliary pump connected to pressure valve which is connected with check valves and with control mechanism. Hydraulic line of main pump is connected with piston space of hydraulic and with rod space of hydraulic cylinder and with rod space of hydraulic cylinder 15. Other hydraulic line of main pump is connected with rod space of hydraulic cylinder and with piston space of hydraulic cylinder. Electric control device is made in form of series-connected master signal unit, correction unit and current amplifier. Unit is connected with output of sensor current amplified output is connected to input of control mechanism. Unit sets mode of operation at definite delivery pressure of flowing medium and required delivery of liquid from hydraulic unit. Control signal from amplified gets to mechanism input. Mechanism controls delivery of liquid depending on current.
EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimensions of pump, increased capacity, reduced power consumption and improved reliability and increased service life.
