SUBSTANCE: method includes a) measuring time of passing of signal in forward and backward directions, b) using user equipment, measuring difference in time in user equipment between receipt and transfer, including difference in time between receipt of signal transmitted via descending communication line, and transfer of signal via ascending communication line, which occurs in response to receipt of transfer signal along descending communication line in mentioned operation a), and c) determining delay, connected to passing of signal in forward and backward directions between user equipment and node, by subtraction of result of operation b) from result of operation a).
EFFECT: higher efficiency, broader functional capabilities.
