SUBSTANCE: means for preparing of coffee beverage contains coffee base concentrate and aromatic coffee substance. Coffee base concentrate contains at least 10 wt% of instant coffee dry substances and is free from aromatic coffee substances. Coffee base concentrate and aromatic coffee substances are kept separately and joined only upon preparing of coffee beverage.
EFFECT: improved storage stability of composition due to separate storage of coffee base concentrate and aromatic coffee substances.
