FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: set for preparing of coffee beverage contains coffee base concentrate and aromatized soluble whitener. Concentration of soluble dry coffee substances in coffee base concentrate is at least 10%, and said concentrate does not contain aromatic coffee components. Coffee base concentrate and aromatized soluble whitener are stored separately and are joined after dilution for producing of coffee beverage.
EFFECT: stabilized components of set owing to separate storage of coffee base concentrate and aromatized soluble whitener and provision for obtaining of coffee beverage quite similar to freshly brewed coffee.
