FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery.
SUBSTANCE: a loop of small intestine should be applied onto gastroduodenoanastomosis and onto defect in it, and apply an adducting loop at gastric stump, moreover, one should apply an abducting loop onto duodenum and perform the first row of interrupted serous-muscular sutures onto jejunum, duodenum and gastric stump along the inferior edge of the defect. Then one should lance jejunal lumen and apply the second row of sutures onto posterior and anterior edges of the defect. One should finish anastomosis development due to applying the second row of serous-muscular sutures onto anterior lip to apply jejunoduodenoanastomosis before Oxner's sphincter. The present innovation enables to prevent the development of failed sutures.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
