FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely surgery of the stomach and duodenum. The mobilization of the stomach along the large and small curvature is performed. 2/3 of the stomach is resected with borders, as shown in dwg 1, with the imposition of a machine stitch, which is immersed in a second row of nodular serous-muscular sutures, not reaching 2-2.5 cm to a large curvature, forming a “proboscis” from the stump of the stomach. Then the jejunum loop is passed through the window into the mesocolon and sewn with a free edge to the back wall of the stomach stump at a distance of 1 cm from the machine stitch. The opening of the jejunum lumen is performed in the longitudinal direction with a length of 2 cm. Gastroenteroanastomosis is formed “end-to-side” by immersing the stomach stump in the form of a “proboscis” into the lumen of the jejunum with the imposition of one row of nodular serous-muscular sutures, forming a “papilla” with an inverted mucosa.
EFFECT: method reduces the time of surgery and its traumatism, prevents the development of reflux gastritis and peptic ulcers of anastomosis.
