SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for prevention of infectious complications in acute destructive pancreatitis. To do this, patients on the 8^th day of the disease perform a modified fine-needle puncture peripancreatic anti-inflammatory blockade of the peripancreatic infiltrate with a needle with a diameter of 22G length of 15–22 cm through the anterior abdominal wall transperitoneally or intraperitoneally, moreover, the trajectory and depth of movement of the needle are monitored sonographically throughout the procedure. Blockade is performed with a mixture of the following composition: 0.25 % solution of novocaine – 100–200 ml, ciprofloxacin – 2 g, dexamethasone – 0.016 g, gordox – 100,000 KIE, which is introduced into the zone of peripancreatic infiltrate by circumflating it around the perimeter with the implementation of the mode of administration of 40 ml with an exposure of 1 min.

EFFECT: method allows temporarily arresting the local inflammatory process and obtaining its complete resorption as an outcome of the peripancreatic infiltrate, as well as improving prevention of infectious complications of pancreatonecrosis.
