The lower catheter is placed up to 1.5 cm from the lower edge of the pancreas. Drugs sandostatin, L-lysine, 5-fluorouracil, aminocaproic acid 5% are administered alternately through the main catheter at a rate of 1 drop per 6 seconds. To remove excess fluid, a drainage tube with perforations made of rigid PVC with a diameter of 1 cm is used. Treatment is carried out around the clock for 5-7 days.
