FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device for creating compression anamosthosis of hollow organs with different diameter of spaces in organs to be stitched together has frame in form of closed compressing rings with arc-shaped lintels and driving spring made of shape memory material; spring is provided with internal rod. Internal rod has end movable hollow restrictor and L-shaped slots at both sides from axis. Hollow restrictor is mounted for interaction with spring. L-shaped slots are mounted for interaction with arc-shaped lintel of movable compressing ring. Tube for fixing ends of segments, to be put together by tobacco-poach seams, is put on part of rod inside frame. Knots can be made on tube and abdominal content is capable of passing through device till its seizure. Motionless compressing ring has external diameter being 0,25-0,5 mm shorter than internal diameter of movable compressing ring to provide ability of interaction of compressing rings to make them operate as tambour. Height of arc-shaped lintel of motionless compressing ring is 1/3 shorter than height of arc-shaped lintel of movable compressing ring. Diameter of tube disposed onto rod inside frame equals to 1/3 internal diameter of movable compressing ring. Arc-shaped lintel of movable compressing ring has ring-oriented bushing in its central part. To provide self-adjustment of position of compressing ring to compensate difference in thickness of tissue to be compressed along perimeter of compression, rod passed through bushing for of 0,5° to 1,5° angular shift of movable compressing ring in relation to rod. Thickness of walls distributes more uniform between compressing rings as well as specific loads.

EFFECT: easier manipulation during implantation procedure; better anti-reflux mechanism of tin-thick-abdominal joint; elimination of rigidity in area of stitching.
