FIELD: container equipment, particularly means for filling tank trucks and other transport vehicles with oil and other liquids adapted to use in oil tank farms and oil refining plants.
SUBSTANCE: filling system comprises vertical post, rotary tube, filling tube on which threshold level sensor and drip pan are installed, and counterweight. The system is provided with hydraulic cylinder having bracket, and hydraulic cylinder control unit. The bracket is joined with axis secured to vertical post. Mounted on rotary tube is lever having pin jointed with hydraulic cylinder axis. The system also includes rotary tube tilt sensor, earth circuit control system, electric discharge unit, remote control panel and liquid meter. Earth circuit control unit is made as microcontroller connected to rotary tube tilt sensor by remoter control panel, by hydraulic cylinder control unit and by electric discharger.
EFFECT: increased oil filling accuracy and safety.
