LIQUID FILLING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B60S5/02

Abstract RU 2689084 C1

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for upper open filling of different types of fluids, including oil products to tanker through filler neck, in field conditions with manual shutdown of filling process. Liquid filling device is made in the form of mobile frame of transformer, which is welded metal structure, made of three main parts, which includes boxes for arrangement of detachable parts, as well as lodgments with retainers, for placing hinged pipeline and filling nozzle in transport position. Central part of mobile frame is fixed, and two other parts have the possibility of tilting by 90° after removal of retainers. On the sides of the central part of the fixed frame there are plates, in the holes of which there is a rotating tubular part of the filling device of the articulated pipeline, which is balanced by a counterweight, which is a welded structure from rigid pipes, bends, flanges connected by means of hinges. On one side the hinged pipeline ends with a filling tip, and on the other side with a larger-section support pipeline installed in the holes of the fixed frame, support of support, which is a pipeline, a flexible metal hose, which is a flexible corrugated tight pipeline, placed in a braid with a built-in end fittings for welding, which is connected by permanent connection with hinged pipeline of filling nozzle, which is an all-metal pipe with located at the end of product flow divider for changing direction of flow. Filling nozzle is connected by its permanent connection to the flexible metal sleeve of the shut-off valves, which is a welded ball valve installed between the flexible metal hose and the hinged pipeline, earthing rods.

EFFECT: achieving mobility of the device when deploying and folding liquid filling device, as well as possibility of their movement to different distances by personnel without using any hoisting mechanisms, possibility of performing filling operations in field conditions on open unprepared sites.
