FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: one should detect morphological and morphometric parameters of myometrium obtained during Caesarean operation on abnormalities of delivery activity during the first delivery, and, also, linear characteristics of myometrial smooth muscular cells at applying computer program named "Morphometr" and statistic processing of the data obtained. Myometrium in young primipara at discoordinated delivery activity is characterized by alterations on subcellular level, cell organelles and microcirculatory disorders. Significant alterations in linear parameters of capillaries were detected in the group of primipara after Caesarean operations on abnormalities of delivery. Delivery in these young women would be planned Caesarean operation that enables to avoid complications in primipara at repeated delivery.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
