FIELD: digital communications technologies.

SUBSTANCE: system has two end stations A and B, interconnected by two-wire cable line. Station A has first low direction filter, second correcting amplifier, third amplitude-pulse modulator, quadrature transfer module, consisting of separation device, first and second amplitude modulators, quadrature modulator and high direction filter. Station B has second low direction filter, third amplitude-pulse modulator and quadrature receipt module, consisting of second high direction filter, first correcting amplifier, quadrature demodulator, first and second amplitude-pulse demodulators and linking device.

EFFECT: increased maximum length of regeneration portion, independence thereof from number of digital transfer systems operating in parallel along couples of same cable.
