SUBSTANCE: device has inverter, powering the lamp through ballast throttle; operation amplifier, controlling frequency of inverter; multiplier, generating voltage, proportional to power on lamp; current and voltage indicators on lamp; two four-channel analog multiplexers, commutating voltage from multiplier, voltage indicator and support voltages to inputs of operation amplifier in modes of electrodes heating, launch and operating mode; working mode comparator; two emergency mode comparators, disabling inverter in case of disruption of power stabilization mode on lamp; time device and logical circuit, providing for starting mode on switching lamp on.
EFFECT: higher reliability, higher personnel safety, higher efficiency.
