FIELD: electric engineering, lighting equipment - set-point generators of devices for managing launching and regulating apparatuses for luminescent lamps.

SUBSTANCE: set-point generator of device for controlling launching and regulating apparatus of luminescent lamp contains power buses connected to external contacts, clock generator which has external input, output, generator, which has clock input, second input for blocking outputs of generator and two outputs, protection block having two external inputs and output for generator blocking signal, connected to input for blocking outputs of generator, frequency divider, connected by input to clock generator, and by output to clock input of generator. Additionally introduced into device are voltage divider, voltage stabilizer, time interval generator, electronic commutator, "voltage to current" transformer, where voltage divider is simultaneously connected by its input to external contact, to input of voltage stabilizer, and by output is connected to first input of electronic commutator, second input of which is connected to output of voltage stabilizer, third control input is connected to output of time interval generator, having output to external contact, and output of electronic commutator is connected to input of "voltage to current" transformer, output of which is connected simultaneously to external contact, input of clock generator and second input of protection block.

EFFECT: creation of launching and regulating apparatus of increased reliability, which allow ignition of various types of lamps without additional adjustment.
