FIELD: grinding.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises assembling abrasion tabs and flanges with simultaneous tightening of flanges with the use of tightening screws and preliminary and further assembling of the disk. The preliminary assembling is performed by smoothing tabs and top flange to provide prestressed deformed condition in the disk. The simultaneous tightening is performed by means of tightening screws during the finishing assembling. The device comprises bearing plate, setting pin, and shell. The device is provided with clamp, pressing plate, and stud-bolt and nuts for preliminary assembling of the disk by generating and fixing pressed deformed condition in it. The pressing allows the top flange of the disk and abrasion tabs to be simultaneously set.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
