FIELD: liquid fuel technology.
SUBSTANCE: additive is prepared from exhausted solutions produced during etching of printed-circuit boards and steel involving precipitation with alkalis. Resulting precipitate is dispersed in diesel fuel immediately after precipitation at precipitate-to-fuel ratio 1:(0.5-2). Dispersing is carried out until particle size of hydroxides becomes no more than 10 nm.
EFFECT: reduced toxicity and opacity of exhaust.
