FIELD: food processing industry, in particular production of bioactive food supplements from plant raw materials.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of refuse and leave plant raw materials in mass ratio of 3:7-7:3, mixture extraction with liquid extractant at 0-40°C, extract separation and concentration thereof. In extraction process pressure is periodically decompressed to extractant boiling point and pressured up to starting value at room temperature.
EFFECT: intensified extraction process without losses of bioactive substances; decreased energy consumption.
