SUBSTANCE: device comprises unmovable platform connected with the electric motor through a unit for transmitting motion. The electric motor is connected with the control unit whose input is connected with the first input of microprocessor through the DAC. The device has the lid of the housing, one or several temperature gauges, and Peltier thermoelements, the number of which corresponds to that of the temperature gauges, electronic switches, and units for changing polarity. The temperature gauges and Peltier thermoelements are mounted on the platform. The temperature gauges are connected with the inputs of the microprocessor control unit whose control outputs are connected with the control inputs of the electronic switches and units for changing polarity. The switches are interposed between the power source and inputs of the units for changing polarity whose outputs are connected with the Peltier thermoelements.
