FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has heat-insulated housing having door manufactured from multi-layer glass having air intermediate layer, stirring system, control system, temperature pickups, door position transducers and voltage gages, heating and cooling system and mandatory air circulation system, alarm and process parameter protocol unit as well as the first autonomous power supply source. Stirring system is connected to electric power line via secondary electric power supply source. The device has the second power supply source for supporting stirring system operation, commutation unit and movable member movement indicator and blood platelets concentrate containers set thereon.
