SUBSTANCE: autonomous thermostatic device for storing thrombocyte concentrate or thrombocyte-containing transfusive media comprises a thermally insulated body 1 with a transparent door 2 and a lock 3, a control system 4, a heating-cooling system 6 and a forced air circulation system 7, an alternating current source 8, a first 9 and a second 10 sources of autonomous power supply, an alarm and process parameter recording unit 11, a mixing system 16, a personal computer 24, and wireless data transmission drivers 25, 26. The device also comprises a third autonomous power supply 27 connected to a second wireless data transmission driver 26 and a personal computer 24. Wherein the AC power source is designed as the alternator, and the second autonomous power source 10 is associated with power and alarm and process parameter recording unit 11.

EFFECT: device ensures reliable storage of thrombocytes while maintaining their viability and haemostatic activity in the field, as well as in extreme and emergency situations.
