FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for shredding different material. Proposed shredder has housing in which rotors with shredding tools are installed on supports in horizontal plane parallel to each other and interconnected by gear trains of group rotor rotation drive. One of self-aligning supports of each rotor is arranged inside drive gear of group drive installed on its own supports in housing. Each internal meshing drive gear is coupled with rotor through bushing with barrel teeth. Center of radius of curvature of barrel teeth coincides with center of radius of turning of self-aligning support built into gear and lies on axial of rotation of rotor.
EFFECT: improved reliability and provision of long service life of shredder.
