SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding bulk materials used in the preparation of feed, mainly grain, grain products and grain waste. The grinder 5 contains a crushing chamber, a rotor 6 with working bodies and elements of its drive, a vacuum system with control, protection and control elements, a vibration device 10 and a pressure chamber 1. receiving hopper 11 on the other. At the same time, the crusher 5 placed in the pressure chamber 1 with the loading 3 and receiving 11 hoppers is fixed on the damper elements 8 of double-acting, and the vibrating device 10 is rigidly fixed to the grinder body in the projection of the center of gravity, which makes it possible to accelerate the process of separation of crushed particles by changing the frequency and phase characteristics.

EFFECT: grinder allows to reduce the specific energy consumption for the process of grinding bulk materials, reduce the grinding time and the content of the powdered flour fraction in the crushed product, as well as increase the efficiency of the impact of the beaters on the crushed material while reducing the load on them.
