FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a piezoelectric ceramic material based on lead titanate. Piezoelectric ceramic material contains oxides at following ratio of initial components, wt%: PbO 56.35-61.02, SrO 5.81-8.24, BaO 3.20-4.54, TiO2 28.01-28.91, GeO2 1.96.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of values of electromechanical coupling factor of radial oscillation mode to Kp= 0,06 -0,07 , increase in mechanical q-factor to QM= 1539-2135 while maintaining high electromechanical coupling factor of thickness of oscillation mode Kt= 0,25 -0,38 , piezoelectric modulus d33= 10-19 pC/N with relative permittivity ε33 T/ε0= 223-227.
