SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body with lid and bottom, pipe mounted inside the body with shaft with screw. Lid is made in form of ring with upper plate mounted on it with possible detaching. Pipe is made composite of upper and at least one lower section. Upper section is provided with support plate, connected to its lower end. Lower section in its upper portion is connected to support plate, and in lower portion by tractions is connected to body. Shaft with screw is mounted in upper section by means of support block positioned on support plate and guiding device placed on upper plate. Upper section and support plate are made with apertures. Between construction elements of device following relations are true: D_p : D_b = 0,072-0,156, where D_p - pipe diameter; D_b - body diameter.

EFFECT: higher quality, higher efficiency.
