FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing reactors and can be used, for example, in chemical, petrochemical, microbiological and biochemical industries. Mixing reactor includes a housing equipped with flanges and made of stainless steel, and also tightly connected to a detachable cover and a detachable bottom. Removable bottom has a spherical recess communicated via a channel with a nozzle for inlet of initial gaseous reagents. In the housing there is a magnetic mixer armature made of stainless steel, which interacts with permanent magnets fixed on the shaft of the rotor of a frequency-controlled electric motor located under the bottom of the housing. Detachable adjustable ceramic heater in the form of a split ring is installed on the external cylindrical surface of the housing.
EFFECT: technical result of proposed invention consists in creation of simple in design, reliable and safe mixing reactor with long service life in wide range of temperatures and operating pressures.
