FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: grate has several similar diffraction grates, mounted in couples on common base and directed in such a way, that their lines are parallel. One of two similar diffraction grates is mounted in rectilinear guides and connected to mechanical oscillations generation device, performing reciprocal movement of this grate in direction of dispersion.
EFFECT: possible modulation of dispersed light beam in working range of spectrum.
