SUBSTANCE: spectral device has condenser lenses, inlet slit, collimator objective, dispersing member, chamber objective, and receiving-recording section positioned in succession in direction of optical radiation spreading. Reducer of radiation flow intensity made as movable shutter diaphragm from optically nontransparent plate is arranged between collimator objective and dispersing member. In this case, working edge and plane of plate are parallel to slits of diffraction grating. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 2 dwg
