FIELD: depilating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing and electric engine for driving of depilating head equipped with hair pulling grips, with movable part of said head being retained by means of two lateral flanges. Each of said grips has at least one movable plate driven into motion by means of mechanical device in order to close or open said grips. Mechanical device has on at least one flange first control means serving as cam and on movable part of depilating head second drive means for receiving motion caused by cam and transmit said motion onto movable plates. Grips return to their open position or closed position by means of flexible members. Grips are arranged on the same generatrix. Grip driving means and flexible members are mounted on single base to define, in conjunction therewith, module. In the given case, modules are pivotally connected with each other with their ribs to define chain structure.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and prolonged service life of depilating apparatus.
